Rep Coaching Philosophy

- Teaching Soccer in an organized, fun, and competitive environment.
- Teach Skills, knowledge, and vision for the game.
- Training methods should be physically Challenging and fun.
- Demand standard of commitment and hard work in the game
   as well as in fundraising.
- Provide nutritional info, and guidance.
- Seasonal plan with aims and objectives.
- Provide individual player assessment.
- Be a motivator and self esteem builder.
- Have the ability to resolve and diffuse player conflicts.
- Teach players to respect officials and opponents alike.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm.
- Must have a coaching philosophy, the ability to demonstrate,
   and posses  good training methods.
- Provide appropriate and safe training facilities.
- Provide appropriate equipment for games and practices.
- Have a good understanding of how to budget the finances for the season.
- Ability to interact well with both players and parents,
   including the involvement of parents.
- Have the ability to self criticize.
- Teach social responsibility through enjoyment, friendship building,
   sportsmanship, and the cooperation of working with team mates towards a common goal.
- Understanding the needs and limitations of the of the gender and age group they are coaching.
- Create a positive experience for the players so that they may learn to love  the game as you do
.
